Separate from other Vigil Alerts installations
Your hosted installation runs on a virtual server reserved for your organisation. This is a dedicated virtual machine, rather than a promise of exclusive physical hardware.
For MSPs, the installation can monitor the customer tenants you onboard. A separate server for each end customer is a different deployment and can be quoted separately.
Agree the service before deployment
We will specify the hosting region, server capacity, maintenance, backup arrangements, retention and support scope in your proposal. If you have a preferred region or a customer requirement around infrastructure, tell us before ordering.
Hosting and investigation are separate responsibilities
Hosting covers the agreed operation of the platform. Your engineers review alerts and decide what action to take in Microsoft 365. A security analyst service and incident response are not included unless separately agreed.
Prefer to run it yourself?
You can also deploy Vigil Alerts on your own infrastructure. That gives your team responsibility for server access, backups and maintenance.
