Website privacy information.

The website does not include analytics, advertising trackers or third-party fonts. The hosting provider may process ordinary access logs, including IP addresses and requested pages, to serve and secure the website.

The enquiry form sends your name, email address, organisation, deployment preference and message to our website server over HTTPS. The server validates the request and passes the enquiry to the hosting server’s mail system for delivery to our sales inbox so we can respond. The website does not keep enquiry contents in a database. A hashed IP identifier and submission times are used for a 15-minute spam limit. Limiter files are stored in the hosting server’s temporary directory; stale files are removed in batches when the form is used and may also be removed by the hosting provider; hosting logs and email providers may retain their own records.

Only include information relevant to your enquiry. We use sales correspondence to discuss your requirements and respond. Contact us to ask about information held in that correspondence.
