Choose where the application runs
Self-hosting lets your team choose the infrastructure for its Vigil Alerts installation. You manage server access, maintenance, backups and software updates as part of your existing operating procedures.
Self-hosting does not make Microsoft 365 monitoring offline. The application still needs the required Microsoft connections and any external services you configure. Review these connections and permissions during deployment.
One installation for your MSP
Use your installation to monitor the customer tenants you onboard. Your engineers review events and decide what to do next; Vigil Alerts does not automatically change customer accounts.
Prefer dedicated hosting?
We also offer a hosted deployment with a server and Vigil Alerts application instance reserved for the purchasing organisation. An MSP’s installation may contain several customer tenants. If each end customer requires separate infrastructure, include that requirement in your enquiry.
We will confirm the server specification, hosting region, maintenance responsibilities, backups, retention and support arrangements in the proposal. Dedicated hosting does not include an analyst service or incident response unless separately agreed.
